After returning from a mission trip to Haiti in 2016, Stephanie Savely, MBA, left her corporate role to come alongside Back2Back Ministries to develop a strategy to scale their Trauma Competent Care training.
The idea of helping thousands of orphans and foster children around the world recover from the trauma they experienced led to the creation of a company that believes that online training and digital sharing can change the world.
LYFT Learning’s underlying principle is Stewardship - using our gifts to help others do the most possible with the gifts they are entrusted. We are a social enterprise - a for-profit company with a social mission.

With 20+ years experience, Stephanie has provided Change Management, Product Development, Communication and Learning strategy creation and implementation for companies of all sizes, both locally and across the country.
In her spare time, Stephanie loves to travel - in the last five years spending time in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Ireland, Mexico and Haiti.
She also works with Jr High youth at NorthStar Church.
MeKaisha Jones
Elearning Developer
MeKaisha joined LYFT Learning in 2017. She is pursuing her degree in Special Education
MeKaisha has been instrumental in ensuring Life Skills Reimagined stays true to its target audiences.

Animation Developer
Scott has more than 25 years experience in learning, and was one of the pioneers of elearning.
Scott works with LYFT Learning while he pursues his other great love - playing music.
